OUR STORY
FRESH FARM RAISED BEEF AND COUNTRY MUSIC
Gathered around the dinner table is where it all began. For our family that meant two things; You clean your plate and then you pass around the guitars to sing some songs. Today, we have found ourselves re-living the good old days out here at our farm in Kentucky and we would be honored to invite you to our table in the form of our restored Dairy Barn, where we host you to the highest quality of beef to our abilities and real, home-grown Country Music.

Do we massage our cattle? While this technique has been used in more confined methods of raising Wagyu, our cattle take advantage of ample grazing space to eliminate the need for this process.
-
Do we give our cattle beer? Our cattlemen work hard to deliver a premium "brewer's" blend of non-GMO grain, so we make sure the cattlemen have plenty of beer laying around after a hard day's work!
